We would introduce a background and ID check for every candidate you hire. The enhanced criminal background checks are specifically designed for the yachting industry. Checks are carried out on each crew member to confirm everything, from their identity to criminal history. This is a part of our enhanced service package.

We provide criminal background and identity checks that help you sleep at night. This would take 7 - 10 days, so we need to filter this into our timescales, but with advanced knowledge of your workforce planning, we will be able to source a better quality of candidates, increasing your talent pipeline and ultimately improving your internal crew mobility.
